"After nearly 10 years, our skylights that had been installed continued to leak due to manufacturer's defect. Without question, they came out and replaced the skylights at NO COST TO US. They were equally as disappointed and said that “they would make it right.” Not only did they replace the skylights, they replaced the partial roof (as there was no way to do the job right without doing this). Crown Roofing took care of everything.
